crunchyroll, one of the main anime streaming platforms in Latin America, has confirmed that the series “Dr. STONE New World” will arrive in the region in the coming weeks. The sci-fi adventure series, which is a sequel to the hit “Dr. STONE”, will be available on the platform with subtitles in Spanish and also with dubbing into Latin American Spanish, whose voice cast has been confirmed for the press.
Countries where the series premieres include Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. It will also reach Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, the Falkland Islands, Guyana, French Guyana, Paraguay, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Set specifically in a post-apocalyptic world based on the popular manga series of the same name, written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi, and serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, Dr. STONE New World is directed by Shuhei Matsushita (Dr. STONE Ryusui). ) with animation produced by TMS Entertainment, who are known for MEGALOBOX, Fruits Basket (2019), ReLIFE, and Kamisama Kiss.

Dr. STONE New World – Official Synopsis
With the Stone Wars over, former members of Tsukasa’s Empire of Might join forces with the Kingdom of Science to build a ship capable of sailing across the open ocean to search for answers to the mystery of global petrification. However, before they can begin their journey, Senku and his friends need to find some key resources and push new scientific breakthroughs to build the type of vessel they need.
