Now, viewers will have the chance to witness Gohan and Piccolo in action.
Anyone would imagine that the manga would continue with the action and adrenaline of the epic combats; However, the mangaka Toyotaro had other plans. The “Super Hero” arc will be in charge of adapting the story of the 2022 film to the comic.
For this reason, we see that the story begins with Piccolo on his way to pick up Pan from school. Next, they both train so that the little girl begins to develop her Saiyan ki.

At the end of chapter 91, the manga takes a turn. Gamma 2, one of the androids created by Dr. Hedo searches for the Demon King Piccolo to eliminate him. Let’s remember that the mad scientist is obsessed with being a superhero and defeating the invaders of Earth (the z fighters).
“I’m sorry, I’m just Piccolo,” replies the namekian in the meeting. “It is a complicated subject. Well, who are you, with those looks of an outdated hero”, adds Piccolo.
